Exchange 2010 - Automatically Converting Email into Calendar Invite

We are using Exchange 2010 and a Shared Mailbox; The requirement is to
automatically convert every single email (sent in specific format with
details on Start Date/End Date, Subject, recipient list etc...) to a
Calendar Invite (with appropriate details read from the Email,
Subject/body). There is no Outlook involved, the shared mailbox will only
be accessed using Web Mail.Is this achievable?
